The Project

Creation of a  miniature park depicting Israel in exact scale models of major natural, religious, historic and  modern landmarks.

Role:

Founder and first CEO

Primary tourist attraction in Israel; responsible for all management aspects of Design, Marketing, Operation, Sponsorship and HR planning and implementation. Responsibility and supervision for 180 staff.

Status:

Though opening in 2003 under extremely harsh conditions due to the unstable political climate, the attraction became a phenomenal success luring 680,000 visitors in its first year of operation and has since become a landmark within the domestic and international tourist market.
