The Project:
The Cornell Inn, a 28 room bed and breakfast in historical Lenox village was abandoned by it's owners who fell prey to the collapsing economy.
Role:
Total Management
We were hired by Metro Funding Corp of NJ, who held the mortgage on the property to manage the turnaround of the inn, providing out of the box marketing solutions to repair the very damaged image of the facility. We added value to the rooms, the breakfast and the overall experience.
Status:
Within 12 months the property became one of the most succesful and exciting lodging establishments in the Berkshires - jumping from #19 to #3 in the popular Tripadvisor.com website.
